With our no-hassles return policy, you can return New OEM parts for a full refund or credit within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. All items require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being returned to our warehouse. New OEM inventory can only be returned if they are unused and still in the original packaging.
Savers inventory is sold ‘as is’ and cannot be returned. All Savers sales are final.
Novellus second source parts carry a 90-day warranty.
NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns made to NxEdge Secondary Market Group will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit. In some cases, a refund will be made in the form of the original payment method.
What is the policy if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact NxEdge SMG immediately. If it is determined that the order was damaged during transit, we will provide you with all pertinant information to file a claim with the carrier. If it’s determined that the parts were damaged or defective prior to shipping, you can return the parts to us for a full credit or refund within 30 days of the original ship date.
