Can I cancel or modify my order online?

 
 

You can modify an online order by signing into your NxSemi.com account and clicking on the "View Open Orders" link from the My Account page. This will take you to the Order Status page where you can view and edit the details of pending orders.

 
 

Once your order has been scheduled to ship, there are limited modifications you can make to your order. To determine if any items scheduled to ship can be canceled or to add additional items to the shipment, call Customer Service at 1.208.362.7200, 8am-5pm (MST) / Monday-Friday. Once an order has left our warehouse, an order cannot be modified or canceled and is subject to our standard return policy.

If a part you ordered is not needed and has already been shipped, we make the return process easy. You can return new OEM parts with no questions asked within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. Savers purchases are final. Why does my order not appear on my Order Status page?

 
 

If you placed your order by phone with a Customer Service representative, it will not appear on the Order Status page. To have us adjust your order, please call Customer Service at 1.208.362.7200, 8am-5pm (MST) / Monday - Friday.

 
 

Does a quote guarantee that items will be reserved?

 
 

A quote will hold the price for 7 days; however, parts will not be reserved until payment is received in full. Orders placed online will reserve inventory for up to two (2) business days while payment is being processed. If payment has not been received after two (2) business days, the inventory will be released for sale.

 
 

What happens if an item I was quoted is no longer available?

 

Inventory will be reserved as soon as payment is received in full. In the event that items quoted fall out of stock prior to placing your order, the out of stock items will be added to your Wish List and we will notify you when inventory becomes available.
