Why should I create a NxSemi.com account?

 
 

We encourage all customers to create a free online account at NxSemi.com. Having an account will allow you to manage every aspect of your parts procurement process from one convenient location:

 
 

- Shop and checkout faster on your next visit
- Check your order status online
- Retain items in your Cart and Wish List
- Run inventory match queries
- Receive updates on new inventory arrivals
- Set alert preferences

 
 

You can create your account at Checkout or prior to searching parts online.

 
 

How do I sign-up for my free NxSemi.com account?

 
 

You can create an account at anytime by clicking the New Customers “Create Account” button in the lower left corner of the parts home page. This will take you to a registration page where you'll be prompted to provide your name, company, contact information, email address, create a password, and select a security question and answer.

 

Your email address and password provide access to your account. In order to protect the security of your account, we ask you to sign in each time you make a purchase at NxSemi.com. We may also ask you to sign in after brief periods of inactivity during your shopping session. This can happen if, for example, you have to leave your computer unexpectedly.

If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the sign-in or account pages. We'll ask for the User ID that you used to create your account. We will also ask you to verify the answer to your security question. You will be prompted to create a new password for the account. If you do not remember your User ID, click on the “Forgot User ID?” link at the bottom of the page.

To make shopping easier and faster, we save your shipping and billing address information securely.

 

Can I create an account during Checkout?

 
 

Yes. From the Search Results page, adjust the quantity of the items you wish to purchase and select the “Add to Cart” button. This will prompt you to create an account to complete your online purchase. On the next page, select the “Register” button under New Customers. You'll be prompted to provide your name, company, contact information, email address, create a password, and select a security question and answer. The security question and answer provide added safeguards in the event that you forget your password.
