Medical, Dental and Vision
NxEdge pays 100 percent of monthly premiums for employee coverage through Premera Blue Cross and the Blue Cares Provider Network. Prescription coverage is provided through Medco. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the plan on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Life Insurance and Voluntary Life Insurance
NxEdge provides Life Insurance and Accidental Death coverage. Employees may purchase additional Voluntary Life Insurance in $10,000 increments up to $300,000. Full-time employees are eligible for coverage the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Coverage for spouses and dependents is also available for purchase.
Short Term Disability
Short-term disability insurance, provided by the company, pays a 60 percent salary benefit after 7 days of disability for 90 days. Full-time employees are eligible the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Long Term Disability
Long-term disability insurance, provided by the company, pays a 60 percent salary benefit after 90 days of disability. Full-time employees are eligible the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
401(k) Retirement Plan—Fidelity Investments
Employees may elect to contribute between 1 percent and 90 percent of their annual salary on a pre-tax basis, up to the annual IRS limit ($15,000). NxEdge will make contributions in an amount equal to 3 percent of employee’s base pay. Employees are eligible to participate the first of the month after their hire date.
NxEdge recognizes 11 holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, the day before Christmas, Christmas Day, and one floating site holiday, determined each calendar year.
